So you've come up with a brilliant idea for a small grassroots project and are looking for a little help to begin the process!
1. Projects and ideas are first presented to individual council members for sponsorship by the Council member.
2. A project application form is then completed and presented to the rest of the Time & Tide RC&D Area Council Members at the next scheduled Council Meeting where Council members will review the project application to determine if the idea falls within the scope of their Annual Plan of Work.
3. Council members will then vote to either approve, disapprove or recommend an ammendment to the project based on their established guidelines.
4. If approved, work will begin towards completing the project.

A LONG HISTORY OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
Time & Tide has been in the business of helping folks since 1974 and we have a long history of accomplishments.
We've had tremendous success in undertaking projects that have been initiated by local individuals and organizations and seeing peoples' dreams and ideas come to fruition.
Our knowledge and expertise has won us recognition as observed by the New England Association of RC&D Areas' award for "Outstanding Performance by a Council" for two years running in 2005 and 2006!
Additionally, the Time & Tide Council earned national acclaim as we competed against 374 RC&D Areas nationwide and was awarded the "Council of the Year" for the year 2006...as recognized by the National Association of Resource Conservation and Development Area Councils!
